Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub im Vaya Fieberbrunn. Wir sind mit unseren zwei 8-jährigen Kindern gereist und hatten eine Suite mit Frühstück im Hotel gebucht. Die Suite war top mit großer Terrasse und toller Aussicht. Der Service im Restaurant war super gut, alle sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Mein Mann und ich hatten eine Massage - die war super schön und jeden Cent wert. Der Pool war für uns super und man konnte im Garten draußen liegen. Familiensauna mit Blick zum Pool ist sehr gut durchdacht für Familien. Im SPA Bereich ab 16 gibts noch weitere Saunen und einen wunderschönen Ruhebereich. Wir haben uns hin und wieder abgewechselt. Das ging super. Einzige Kritik: der Kids Room benötigt mal ein Update. Etwas klein, wenig Angebot und nicht so einladend. Eine schönere Ausstattung oder ein größerer Raum wäre toll sowie mehr Spielzeug für gross und klein (z.B. Gesellschaftsspiele, Malzeug, etc.).

Wir waren 7 Nächte im VAYA und es hat uns super gefallen. Frühstück war top und reichlich zur Auswahl vorhanden. Abendessen war auch immer sehr lecker. Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer sauber, Hand- und Badetücher wurden teilweise ohne Aufforderung gewechselt. Natürlich ist auch in einem 4Sterne Hotel nicht immer alles zu 100% in Ordnung und wenn ich die Mücke an der Wand suche, findet man immer etwas zum Bemängeln. Wir können das VAYA aufgrund unserer Erfahrung in den 7 Nächten absolut weiterempfehlen. Preis-Leistung ist absolut top. Gerne kommen wir wieder ins VAYA nach Fieberbrunn, möchten allerdings auch andere VAYA Destinations besuchen. Vielen Dank für die schönen Tage an das gesamte VAYA Team. Grüße Sabine und Andreas

Wir haben sieben Übernachtungen mit Halbpension gebucht und sind sehr zufrieden. Ausserordentlich nette und serviceorientierte Mitarbeiter, an der Rezeption, im Restaurant und auch die Zimmermädchen. Das Frühstück und Abendessen war immer hervorragend und mit reichlicher Auswahl an regionalen Produkten vorhanden. Vom Hotel aus kann man viele Aktivitäten starten, somit auch eine perfekte Lage. Zimmer war richtig stilvoll und gemütlich, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Ein gutes Hotel. Innenarchitektur und Service beim Essen waren sehr gut, sowie die Ausstattung des Wellnesbereich. Der Zimmerservice hatte allerdings nur 3Sterne Qualität. Spinnenweben; fehlende Auffüllung vom Papier; defekte Duschrinnen; Gläser die benutzt wurden, wurden nicht ausgetauscht; etc. haben das Gesamtbild leider getrübt. Weiterhin wurde uns nahegelegt, morgens einen Tisch für abends zu reservieren. Als wir dies tun wollten, hieß es leider kein Tisch sei mehr frei.

Zeer mooi hotel met ruime parkeergelegenheid. Vriendelijk personeel waarvan sommige jpuw eventueel ook in het nederlands te woord kunnen staan. Alle gemakken zijn voorzien en keurig eten iedere dag. Alleen de bedmatrassen mochten wel iets harder zijn. Te veel toeristen gehad de laatste maanden denk ik omdat deze ingezakt waren. Als deze vervangen zou worden zeg, iedere 2 jaar dan was het een 10.
