Non c'è due senza tre: di sicuro coglieró l'occasione di tornare il prossimo anno, perché in questa struttura ho trascorso per ben due volte un'ottima vacanza! Riscontro tutti gli aspetti positivi: interazione, amicizia, giochi, sport, divertimento, ottima cucina, relax benessere e soprattutto accoglienza, professionalità e disponibilità da parte della gestione e del personale.

Having significant off roading experience and extreme fitness will help you enjoy this resort. For those loving horses, it is ideal as it is situated in lovely countryside and this would help you avoid the shocking roads, including the significant 1500m incline up to accommodation from Reception (where all meals are taken). Reception staff are really great. I would think that families and younger people would enjoy it , but it wasn't for us and we didn't stay.

This place is so far away from civilization. It is deep in the forest that you have to drive on dirt roads and no signs. The buildings were separate and so remote from each other. There were spiders in our room that it seemed like it has not been occupied for a long time and not cleaned. There was no internet signal. We asked to leave the next day and get a refund of the $800 for the full board for the week. We only stayed one night. We never got the refund. This was separate from the hotel room charge of 7 nights. Which we also never got the refund. The communication with the hotel staff was thru WhatsApp and the response was not immediate or at all. I am very disappointed in this place and would never recommend it to anyone.

My vacation at La Casella will go down in my history for one of my great vacations. For people who love nature this place is great. Great family atmosphere, great views, great management, great food. You can really feel the peace of nature on this place. Units are perfect great views from units. I will be back La Casala. Antonio Bettencourt

Cette résidence pourrait être un paradis si elle était suffisamment entretenue. Hélas ce n’est pas le cas. Un chemin d'accès et intérieur au domaine de 8km (pour accéder au logement) qui est un enfer pour la voiture et ses occupants (grosses pierres inégales, cailloux, trous, poussière). Chaque jour il nous fallait 1 heure pour le parcourir à l’aller et autant au retour. Parfois nous avons fini à pieds les derniers hectomètres au delà de l'accueil. Nous logions dans un ancien bâtiment à 1,5 km de l’accueil dans les hauteurs. Service fourni en deçà du minimum attendu chez RCI. Dans le logement de nombreux équipements étaient en mauvais état ou HS. Par ailleurs pas de réseau tél ni internet dans le logement. Pas d’éclairage extérieur au logement ni pour son accès. Plusieurs équipements de la résidence annoncés mais non identifiés ((jacuzzi, sauna, hammam) ou en mauvais état (terrains tennis et volley). Un membre du personnel est très désagréable et ternit beaucoup la bonne volonté affichée par les autres.

Il punto forte di questa struttura è l' ubicazione fantastica in mezzo alla natura. Belli i casali con i mattoni a vista. Il personale è gentile e disponibile, ma non professionale. La strada per raggiungere la struttura è sterrata e piena di sassi, c'è il rischio di bucare le ruote o rovinare la macchina. La struttura manca di manutenzione. Per quanto riguarda il ristorante non abbiamo trovato nessun piatto o prodotto locale, deludente soprattutto la colazione.

This is our third time back at La Casella. Our family loves it here. It's a little off the beaten path, but well worth the journey. Not your typical Italian vacation at some high rise hotel, you're nestled in the hills on an equestrian type ranch. The lodging is quintessential country Italian stonework. Sleeping is wonderful in the very comfortable rooms. The staff here are very pleasant and accommodating. The full breakfast every day and four course dinners are delicious. La Casella is located close to (within an hour, hour and a half) cities like Orvieto, Bagnoregio, Assisi, Sienna, Montepulciano, Perugia and Florence.
