I had broke down on the side of the road and got towed here. And they help especially Carlos had good food for breakfast and he help me get my car back running just been a good person

I stayed over the weekend and everything was great the housekeeper David was amazing. Very friendly and went out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed with a warm greeting and a smile on his face. Great customer service 10/10

We recently stayed at La Quinta in Festus, Missouri, and had such a wonderful experience—thanks in large part to Shelly at the front desk! From the moment we arrived, she went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and compassionate, and her friendly energy made a big difference throughout our stay. She genuinely cared about making sure we had everything we needed and took the time to make sure we were comfortable. It’s not every day you come across someone that friendly and attentive, and it definitely made a difference during our stay. We really appreciated her help and just wanted to give her a shout-out—thanks again, Shelly!

The stay was good. If you need anything just ask for Stephanie who is on night shift. She literally saved me and my grandma after driving for 8 hours and had to find something in the middle of the night fast. She worked tirelessly to be able to get us in a room that night and she did

We come here every time we are in town, and it’s the best. Especially when it comes to the breakfast! Carlos makes sure that everything is hot and ready for us, and if we need anything he is there! He is very friendly and super attentive. Definitely makes us feel welcome!

Looks just like the pics. Updated wwith modern colors and a nice lobby with fabulous St. Louis art work throughout the hotel and in the rooms. Dani at the front desk is most personable and the breakfast gentleman (sorry, I didn't get your name) was so accomodating to make sure I had real dairy in my morning coffee - a personal thank you , sir! With that being said, the rooms were, for the most part, pretty clean, but needs a bit more attention to detail. And in my professional opinion, cleaning the glass on the front doors makes a HUGE first impression.
