Good location near the edge of the ancient city, beautiful and exquisite lobby atrium, friendly service attitude of the staff. The room is small and the facilities are average. It takes a long time for the shower water to heat up, the water is not flowing smoothly, and the showers in the two rooms I booked leaked. The room was not cleaned on the second day of the two-day stay. The room did not provide water, and charged 20 dirhams per bottle. After reporting the previous problems, the water was not charged. I don't know where Ctrip's luxury five-star rating came from?
