This hotel was great. It's the only Tghat in the city of Fes. The service was great, from beginning to end. It was unfortunately raining when I went to Morocco so didn't get the best experience outside of the hotel so that being said the hotel staff was some of the best I ever had traveling. When I had to change rooms they had no problem giving me a better room. The rooms was super huge and they made me feel like a King and welcomed to their beautiful country. I am for sure going back to Morocco and I want to say thank you BADER THE MANAGER ,and the staff at breakfast and the rest of the staff that help me at my stay.

était sympa, assez feutré dans les couloirs et chambres, un jolie cadre et une situation géographique plutôt bien aussi au centre du ville. Le personnel était très pro et serviables. Les ressources de cet Hotel sont à la hauteur d'un 5 étoiles

Even ons star is not fair, very cold service, dirty room, TV is old and doesn't work, no water to drink and dirty towels. Reception didn't care about your stay. I will never come back. Very disappointing hotel, if you are coming to Fez please do yourself and do not book it.

Avoid, hotel to completely renovate. No wifi because the bill has not been paid! We changed rooms 3 times to have air conditioning that worked. Lots of neglect: bulb to change, broken lampshade, missing batteries in the remote control, fridges full of water, poorly done cleaning. Dinner was OK but the breakfast served at the table was not fresh. This hotel deserves one star no more.

Hotel with many deficiencies, such as a shower that does not work well, hardly any water comes out and when it comes out it is lukewarm, the card to enter the room does not work, and the treatment of the staff was not professional at all. I don't recommend it at all.

Only positive things to say is that room was spacious, and nice Hassan II avenue was close enough for evening walk. About breakfast and dinner nothing good to say. We were there with tour group, so there was no much choice when ramadan. Where these 4 stars come from??

This is truly a wonderful and beautiful hotel. I booked it for a week. Everything is good and new. The service is wonderful. The food is very excellent and the rooms are large and wonderful. The most important thing is that there is a manager in this hotel. I've never seen anything like it in my life. He is a very helpful person. Thank you very much, Mr. Badr.

A great place to visit with your family,the price is cheap, stuff are very kind and helpful and the hotel is very clean ... It is located in the middle town so every place you need to go is near. I enjoyed the breakfast at the restaurant, a great way to start your day :) I absolutely recommend it 👍🏻
