My flight was cancelled due to weather conditions beyond my control (I provided all the evidence)! The hotel refused to reschedule the dates of my stay for a couple of days (even though there were vacancies), and they also refused to refund my money. They did not respond to email or WhatsApp, although I wrote to them several times two days or less before the booking.

Love this Riad, it is so clean and beautiful inside and the roof top with a nice Panorama view . Before arriving the riad, they sent me an email asking my WhatsApp so they can send me the exact location and so video clips for me to know how to get there since Google map doesn’t work when getting inside the Medina . They said if I really couldn’t find the way, they could pick me up in one of the entrances to the riad. I thought I could find it but I failed so I called them. One of the staff came out immediately and helped me my luggage. The two young staff there are very helpful and friendly. Since I was so late to arrive , so one staff (should be called Abdullah) brought me out again so I can Rmb how to get out and in again next time. The other young staff also brought me where I can find friendly convenient store nearby to get essentials. Love them and so helpful. The breakfast was nice too. The AC inside the Room is good and the water pressure and the heat were good too ! Highly recommend this Riad when u travel to fez next time. Rmb to bring ur amenities since they do not provide any bathing items or toothbrush. Recommend the riad to have a rubbish bin in the room instead of just inside the toilet.

The highlight is that it has more local characteristics. You don't have to walk too far after getting off the bus. The distance is acceptable. The water in the bathroom is very, very slow.

Zuerst wurden wir am Parkplatz abgeholt und zum Dar geführt. Vor Ort wurden wir herzlich mit einem leckeren Minztee empfangen. Die Zimmer waren schön und hatten auch eine super Klimaanlage. Das Bad hätte schon etwas renoviert werden können. Das Personal war sehr nett und hat uns Tipps für die Stadt gegeben. Es ist mit uns sogar Minztee kaufen gegangen und wir haben ihn auch zusammen zubereitet, damit wir ihn auch zuhause ohne Probleme zubereiten können. Zur Früh gab es immer lecker Frühstück! Hier war für jeden was dabei. Es hat gut gesättigt und wurde frisch zubereitet. Für das Dar können wir nur unsere Empfehlung aussprechen.

Première fois au maroc et première réussie notamment grâce à ce ryad. De l'accueil au depart tout à été au top. Petit déjeuner excellent et copieux. Une chambre située au dernier étage qui nous à très bien convenue. Emplacement proche de toute visite. Le personnel d'une grande gentillesse et disponible. Réservation de l'aller retour aéroport-ryad, excursion meknes, ils se sont occupé de tout. Excellent rapport qualité/prix.
