Not recommended! Terrible customer service and discriminatory treatment. I visited this hotel with my husband and son, but encountered extremely poor service at the front desk. Despite being with my family and being seen with them,staff refused to provide me with a room key simply because my name wasn’t listed on the reservation. Rather than making a simple phone call to my husband to verify, they insisted he had to come down in person. This inflexible and unreasonable policy left me feeling disrespected and humiliated . The lack of basic courtesy and problem-solving skills from the staff was disappointing and unacceptable.

Staff was all so friendly. Room was big and clean. Well equipped with plates and dishes. Breakfast was great. Pool was nice. Highly recommend.
