Quando chegámos a casa de banho, apesar de se notar que tinha sido limpa, o lavatório tinha não foi limpo e tinha vários cabelos. A torneira na banheira não funcionava corretamente, não era possível escolher a pressão da agua a 100% entre o chuveiro ou na torneira baixa, então a agua saía a 50% de uma forma e 50% de outra. Já para não falar que o suporte do chuveiro passado uns segundos começava a “descer” sozinho da sua posição e era preciso estar constantemente a “subir” para que a agua corresse na posição certa. Nada pratico principalmente para alguém que seja alto. As cortinas não tapavam a claridade totalmente, nem havia hipótese de fechar qualquer tipo de estore, então logo cedo entrou uma claridade demasiado forte no quarto.

Péssimo, hotel com percevejos. Reparei em picadas no corpo e muita comichão, quando vi o colchão tinha percevejos. Infelizmente trouxe para a minha casa, ainda estou a lidar com a infestação e tive que mandar a cama e colchão para o lixo. Péssima limpeza, sem atenção à saúde humana.

O hotel não tem compromisso com o hóspede. A recepção não está preparada, completamente perdida. O setor de reservas não consegue achar uma reserva paga com antecedência. Má vontade dos funcionários em resolver um problema mínimo.
