Posizione ottima, staff gentilissimo e sempre disponibile a dare consigli. Buffet colazione sopra le aspettative, camere spaziose. Letto e cuscini comodi. Unico neo il parcheggio davanti alla struttura non sempre disponibile, comunque (a pagamento), si può accedere garage privato dell'hotel.

Soggiorno perfetto grazie ad una struttura che è veramente come da foto di presentazione. Personale gentile e professionale. Posizione strategica essendo in pieno centro storico che facilita gli spostamenti serali per una cena in ottimi ristoranti e pizzerie consigliati dal personale della reception. Ottimo anche il servizio di noleggio biciclette per visitare la città in maniera diversa. Sicuramente consigliabile!

Ho voluto regalare un coupon di una notte ai miei genitori, ma non volendo perdere l'occasione di andare in un hotel 3 stelle S, ne ho presi due e li ho accompagnati...e la scelta è stata davvero azzeccata, un hotel perfetto!! Appena arrivati siamo stati accolti dalla simpaticissima Serena, ci ha fatti sentire subito a nostro agio, come ci conoscessimo già e arrivati in camera...bellissima, pulitissima e spaziosa!! Intorno alle 19 siamo stati chiamati dalla reception per un aperitivo offerto agli ospiti: noi non abbiamo approfittato, ha vinto la stanchezza, ma mi è sembrato un gesto degno di nota, non da tutti.. Per quanto riguarda la colazione che dire?non mancava davvero niente, dolce, salato, cereali e tanta attenzione da parte del personale nel riportare il cibo mancante durante "l'orario di punta". Hotel in centro a 5 minuti a piedi dai principali monumenti, facilmente raggiungibile in auto, dotato di garage su prenotazione a 15€ a notte, che mi hanno fatto utilizzare anche per tutto il secondo giorno dopo aver lasciato la camera, e con ricevimento di cadeau alla partenza: una scatolina con un assaggio di pampapato, dolce natalizio tipico ferrarese....cosa potevamo pretendere di più?? Davvero un 10 e lode a tutti, ci avete fatto trascorrere due giorni fantastici!!!

Nice hotel located downtown. Friendly staff and free wifi. The room was clean and quiet. Good breakfast with wide selection. I appreciated the tray full of free and fresh apples and pears to welcome guests at the reception. Just 2 negative points: the bathroom was large but it featured a small sink and a small bidet which were nice but not handy. In addition, I found the bed a little too hard but it's probably a matter of taste.

I stayed there in December 2009. I will definitely suggested this hotel for those of you who wants to stay in Ferrara. It was situated directly almost in the town center. But you have to walk almost 10-15 minutes (depending on how fast you walk) from the train station to the hotel (this will include a time for the first timer who need to search for the hotel direction). Room was acceptable and consider to be cheap compare to other towns. breakfast also acceptable but they serve great coffee. The staff at the counter speaks English well.

Excelente atención, habitaciones, lobby y calidad del desayuno. Muy buena ubicación cerca de lugares de interés turístico, zona de restaurant. Ideal para la familia! Si viene en auto tiene estacionamiento muy cómodo. Muy recomendable y volvería feliz

Sono stato in 4 hotel diversi a Ferrara per lavoro , e direi che questo è il migliore per i miei gusti ! Camere molto spaziose e pulite. Televisione grande con Sky ! Colazione ottima ! ! Personale cortese e disponibile ! Consigliato 5 / 5 stelle ! Ottimo !

The hotel is located in the heart of the city. It was very easy to find with car navigation¸. We took underground garage which is across hotel. Thank God we did not have big car, because the elevator to the ground floor of the garage is rather small. But there is enough space in the garage. But there is also pay parking across the street. The hotel is ideally located for exploring the city…in the beginning of pedestrian zone. We had room looking to the street and there was no problem with sleeping. The room was big and clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. WIFI in the room was excellent. Breakfast was very good and there was a great choice of food. The hotel is a great value for money and would definitely stay there again

Sono stata all'hotel per le festeggiare il capodanno. Inutile dire che ci siamo trovati molto bene. L'Hotel è in pieno centro città e possiede un parcheggio privato sotterraneo ( a pagamento ). Camere pulite e funzionali. Se poi vi capita come a noi di avere quelle in alto a capodanno potrete godervi lo spettacolo dell'incendio al castello comodamente ed al caldo. Ottima la colazione con ricco buffet. Personale gentile, premuroso ed attento ad ogni vostra esigenza.
