Leggendo le altre recensioni eravamo un po’ titubanti ma sono state smentite appena siamo arrivati. Accoglienza eccellente, persone gentili e disponibili. Stanza luminosa e in perfette condizioni, se proprio devo trovare il pelo nell’uovo l’aerazione forzata in bagno non funzionava, ma per il resto davvero tutto perfetto; per non parlare della vista, davvero spettacolare. La spa molto molto molto bella, atmosfera wow e ragazze gentilissime. Insomma per una vacanza relax è consigliatissimo.

Abbiamo deciso di fare il pacchetto capodanno pagando circa 650 euro per una notte (mica un euro) in coppia con una bambina…la struttura potrebbe anche essere carina ma purtroppo se non sai trattare i clienti devi fare un altro mestiere. Arrivato in struttura (ho una bimba piccola) chiedo una camera relativamente silenziosa e loro per tutta risposta mi danno una camera comunicante con una porta cominicante con una stanza adibita a spogliatoi per i camerieri della serata di capodanno…risultato mentre dormivamo alle 3:30 del mattino i camerieri sono venuti a cambiarsi facendo chiaramente ****** e non ci hanno fatto dormire. Alle 8 sono ritornati per le colazioni e hanno di nuovo usato quella comera facendoci dormire 4 ore. Al momento del pagamento alle nostre rimostranze il direttore e la ragazza presente non hanno nemmeno accennato a delle scuse (o un piccolo sconto di cortesia come si dovrebbe fare quando una struttura ha disservizi del genere) si sono guardati e fottuti altamente di quello che avevamo detto. Tristezza infinita, come rovinare una struttura con la scarsa professionalità e vicinanza al cliente…fate loro fare un minimo di formazione e non pensate solo ai soldi!!!

Location tranquilla, con ampio parcheggio gratuito. Stanza grande e pulita. Non abbiamo usufruito della spa o della piscina, quindi non posso commentare. Colazione non male, la prenotavamo la sera prima e la mattina veniva servita in tempi brevi. C'è scelta sia di dolce sia di salato. Un buon compromesso se si cerca un pò di tranquillità, ma allo stesso tempo non si è troppo lontani dalla città. *mi scuso per la recensione postdatata*

Poor shower, doors leaked. Too many flies, as soon as you open the patio door, all flies enter the room. Grounds were gorgeous. Old resort, rooms need updating.

Struttura accogliente e molto bella da vedere. Si respirava una intensa atmosfera natalizia , ho soggiornato con i miei genitori in occasione della befana 2025. Il personale è molto accogliente e gentile , il ristorante è a dir poco eccellente nella cucina e soprattutto nella gestione della sala ; siamo stati coccolati dal maitre Walter che ringraziamo calorosamente . La qualità del cibo è ottima infatti ritorneremo sicuramente per gustare le prelibatezze che il ristorante offre . Spa molto rilassante, unica nota dolente : troppo poco intima ma d’altronde non potevamo avere l’esclusiva. Esperienza e soggiorno eccellenti: 5 stelle sono anche poche , arrivederci!

Hotel con un esterno accogliente, ma camere pessime È un attentato alla salute delle persone. Camere sporche con un odore di muffa nauseante. Umidità che grondava dagli infissi, bagno e arredi vecchi che cadono a pezzi. Colazione praticamente nulla

Garçom mau humorado, comi um biffe gelado, pedi pra esquentar e voltou igual. Café da manha lamentável com pouquissimas opções. Serviço de spa extremamente caro pelo que oferece. Não volto nunca mais.
