Checked in! I arrived in the middle of the night, because the agent did not provide the phone number for check-in in advance, so I waited at the door for half an hour, but the platform staff was very responsible, and finally let the local agent call me, and the problem was solved smoothly. Terrible. Noise from your neighbour and outside makes sleeping impossible. The ”bed” is a bit more comfortable than floor. ”Check-in” is a joke. You have to wait like minute between every step of process. Instructions tell you to open the door ”strongly”. I’m not sure if the door was ever really closed/locked when I was inside. Don’t book. These people are not doing this seriously, maybe this is some kid’s busines training project, or just a joke. Don’t book.

Nope!! Nothing worked except the lights. Ventilation and fan not working. Touchscreen not working so you can't access the TV for streaming or their wifi. Reached out to customer service and they know none of it works. The mattress is filthy and disgusting. If there is a toilet I never found how to access it. Asked for a refund and I was ignored. For 77 euro get a hotel. You have to go all the way out of security and get your passport stamped to access the pods anyway.

Practic but noisy
It's really practic and good idea this kind of places inside the airport, but in Malpensa is put in a wrong place: noisy, with people messing around during all the night, and also speaking close to your capsule and It's not insonoritzate. Positive thing, is to have a Whatsapp number to resolve your check-in problems.

Hard to find
I arrived early hours in the morning at 3am with no no instructions on where to find the pods or no signs up to where to go and not anything open to ask anyone spent 45 minutes walking around I did find a cafe that open up with with broken English she pointed me in the right direction. The touch screen was broken so could not turn the lights off and it was very very noisy cannot get any sleep

Migliore solo delle panchine dell'aeroporto. Nessuna insonorizzazione, mancava il lenzuolo automatico, maniglia della porta riparata con il nastro adesivo, fazzoletti usati nel contenitore. È la prima e ultima volta anche perché il livello del servizio non è per niente commisurato al costo.
