Practic but noisy
It's really practic and good idea this kind of places inside the airport, but in Malpensa is put in a wrong place: noisy, with people messing around during all the night, and also speaking close to your capsule and It's not insonoritzate. Positive thing, is to have a Whatsapp number to resolve your check-in problems.

Hard to find
I arrived early hours in the morning at 3am with no no instructions on where to find the pods or no signs up to where to go and not anything open to ask anyone spent 45 minutes walking around I did find a cafe that open up with with broken English she pointed me in the right direction. The touch screen was broken so could not turn the lights off and it was very very noisy cannot get any sleep

Migliore solo delle panchine dell'aeroporto. Nessuna insonorizzazione, mancava il lenzuolo automatico, maniglia della porta riparata con il nastro adesivo, fazzoletti usati nel contenitore. È la prima e ultima volta anche perché il livello del servizio non è per niente commisurato al costo.

Do not use their service at all!!!! Their hours are fixed and absolutely not aligned with transit flights. They don’t do refund of booking either. OMG!!! What are they doing? There no customer service. How can be this kind of customer service in the world nowadays!!!!
