We just spent 4 nights at the beautiful Poussada Akanã. It was an incredible experience. I can honestly say I have never stayed in a place where the staff were so unfailingly polite, attentive, friendly, efficient and absolutely at the top of their game. The place itself is attractively and comfortably designed and from any end of the establishment you are graced with the stunning view of Pico rock, the ocean and the sky. The waves breaking on the sandy beaches below provide the perfect soundtrack to a restful and rejuvenating stay. The breakfast was the best I’ve had anywhere in Brazil with a stunning array of foods all perfectly prepared.

Localização perfeita, atendimento da equipe é atencioso e personalizado; serviço de Concierge é um grande facilitador para agendar passeios e refeições. Café da manhã delicioso comandado pelo Gonçalves e time simpático, sempre disposto a ajudar. Quartos espaçosos, limpos e com vista privilegiada do morro da Conceição.

Best view on the island, friendly staff and really good food. Before we arrive, we were contacted to arrange all the activities during the week. It turned out to be perfect since to experience the island. You actually have to move about a little.

Nossa estadia na pousada foi incrível. A localização não poderia ser melhor: em frente à Praia da Conceição, oferecendo uma vista deslumbrante e fácil acesso à natureza. As instalações são novas dado que pousada só tem 2 anos de operação, quartos extremamente limpos e organizados, o que proporciona conforto e tranquilidade. Mas o destaque, sem dúvidas, vai para o atendimento impecável. A equipe é de uma gentileza admirável, sempre educados, prestativos e atentos a cada detalhe, o que fez toda a diferença em nossa experiência. O serviço foi além do esperado: tivemos transfer de ida e volta para o aeroporto, ajuda com táxi, coletes para os passeios, além de várias dicas valiosas sobre o que fazer na ilha. Eles realmente se esforçam para garantir que os hóspedes aproveitem cada momento. Recomendamos de olhos fechados e, sem dúvida, vamos voltar! Um agradecimento especial para Carol, Eli, Edson, Edmilson e toda equipe, que tornaram nossa estadia ainda mais especial.

Eu e meu marido nos hospedamos em Dez/2024 na pousada, tivemos uma experiência fantástica do começo ao fim. Recebemos um excelente atendimento por todos, fomos muito bem acolhidos. O quarto é muito confortável, a vista mar é deslumbrante. O café da manhã delicioso, com muita variedade. Parabéns pela excelência da pousada, pela qualidade do serviço e das comidas. Tudo melhor do que esperava, desde o momento do agendamento em contato direto com o Staff, até o Concierge que preparou tudo para a experiência do casal, incluindo as solicitações para o pedido de noivado na pousada (momento que será inesquecível para o casal principalmente pelo atendimento e estrutura no estabelecimento)… Realmente não poderia ser melhor, desde o auxílio no preparo de tudo, até o desembarque na ilha! A vista e a localização são as MELHORES da ilha (não é apenas pelas fotos, mas também pela opinião de todos os nativos que conhecem as pousadas). O preço realmente compensa os momentos que tivemos. Café da manhã espetacular (com horário estendido), camas e toalhas de primeira qualidade, tudo do bom e do melhor! Serão muito bem recebidos por Carol, Vivi, Eli, Paulo e restante do staff!
