B&B veramente molto carino. Curato nell'arredamento e il bagno piccolo ma funzionale. Vicino alle mura di Fermo si può raggiungere Piazza del Popolo in pochi minuti. C'è un parcheggio gratuito a pochi metri. Colazione essenziale ma soddisfacente. Ci tornerò sicuramente

Non soddisfatti. Colazione miserissima (non lasciatevi ingannare dalla fotografia) Non c'è quasi niente di quello che sembra. Parcheggio: pubblico e a c.ca 70/80 metri da fare in salita. Almeno questo mi è stato indicato dall'host. Host trovato solo al telefono (chissà dov'era). Coppia che sembrava dovesse servire la "colazione" non vista.

Ottimo. Pulizia e cortesia massima. Da ritornare sicuramente. Consigliato. Colazione varia ed abbondante. Nel centro storico di Fermo, senza stravolgere lo stile antico, lasciando le travi di legno a vista. Silenzioso, ottimo il vicino parcheggio gratuito.

B&B nel centro storico di Fermo con parcheggio gratuito a pochi passi. Nulla da dire sulla camera, ma per quanto riguarda la colazione non prendete assolutamente in considerazione la foto qui pubblicata! Definirla "MISERA" è riduttivo: abbiamo mangiato solo fette biscottate (per fortuna) con marmellata o nutella, in più c'era SOLO un dolce confezionato, ma era davvero poco per 9 persone! Inoltre è possibile fare colazione tra le 8.30 e le 9.30 (e la signora addetta al servizio è arrivata precisamente alle 8.30), ma senza fissare un orario, quindi ci siamo ritrovati tutti nella saletta per la colazione alla stessa ora e il servizio è stato lentissimo e pessimo. Per quanto riguarda il pagamento solo contanti... e senza ricevuta.

Un giorno prima di recarmi nel b&b, ci scrive che non accetta i cani. Cani segnalati alla prenotazione. Struttura che è inserita tra quelle che li accetta! Gestore sgarbato, colazione misera, con prodotti confezionati, non corrispondente alla foto. Da non consigliare

La camera carina e pulita. Colazione pessima come poche, molto diversa da quella della foto di apertura. Piuttosto che così, meglio non farla. Pagamento solo in contanti, senza ricevuta e senza richiesta di documenti

Tutto bello e familiare stanze pulite con confort accoglienza ottima città bella da visitare parcheggio comodo vicino esperienza da fare per lavoro faccio alberghi e b &b ottimo qualità prezzo forse per il pagamento in contanti però non problem ricevuta fiscale ok

Ero scettico nel prendere questo B&B perché credevo fosse complicato arrivarci in auto, invece c'è la strada di sotto con ampie possibilità di parcheggio gratuito. Poi pochi scalini e si arriva alla struttura. Ottimo punto di partenza per visitare Fermo a piedi. Camera confortevole e silenziosa, con tutte le comodità. Bagno in camera con ampia doccia. Colazione sufficiente. Proprietario molto cortese. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Consigliato
