The room was excellent and clean. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Location was great for our purpose but also close to gas stations and restaurants. The staff were excellent, very friendly and very accommodating in allowing us use of the breakfast corner to socialize with our group in the evening. Complimentary breakfast was also fresh and tasty. Would recommend booking.

Huge room in a quiet area of town convenient 15 minute to the Brew House for dinner. The room was huge, on the ground floor and suited our needs perfectly. We didn’t use the facilities, but we did have breakfast and there was a good choice on offer. Would happily stay here again.

Not at all worth the expense. Breakfast is average at best, staff is unhelpful and argumentative (why should a guest have to justify asking for a spare room card)?? My family and I expected way more for the cost. With my Diamond Rewards status, our rate for a Sat night in June was $324 plus tax. I feel like a sucker for paying that.

The room was in need of renovation. There was a very poorly serviced breakfast. The price was outrageous for the quality of the hotel. The room was not really as clean as it should have been. I don't think I would choose Best Western for a weekend away.

I would highly recommend staying in this hotel when in Fergus. Rooms are clean, spacious and they have a large bar refrigerator, Keurig Coffee maker and Microwave, friendly staff and a well run place, plus the rate is very reasonable. It’s a 7 to 10 minute drive to the old town Mil and it’s across from a Walmart, Liquor Store and restaurants.

I was disappointed with our stay at the hotel in April. Below are my issues: I noticed a stain on the bed cover that looked like blood stain on one of the beds. The bed is too soft to my liking. I smelled cigarette smoke in the room and in the elevator. We got only about 3 pieces of tissue paper in the box. No writing paper or pen. The water pressure of the shower was weak. I found the lighting was not sufficient in the bedroom. The parking lot needs re-paving. I also found the breakfast unsatisfying with limited choices and greasy bacon. The toaster did not eject the toasts automatically.
