Room was outstanding and first look reception is in a separate pub/restaurant, the finish in room from tiles to decor was top notch highly recommend.

We stayed overnight last year as we were visiting friends & as it was all very good we decided to stay again this year & will do so annually. Everything is very clean & comfortable with a selection of teas, coffee & biscuits in the room. The staff have always been very friendly & helpful. We've only ever had breakfast which was excellent last year but a bit disappointing this year (probably due to a wedding party staying at the same time & they were very busy) this feedback was given when we checked out which was appreciated by the hotel.

A lovely homely hotel. The staff were very welcoming. We ate at the restaurant and the food was excellent. In additional there is a great fitness gym on the premises with a great free weight selection.

Excellent place to stay great food & really nice beer (ipa) too many places/hotels only do lager, the staff were very friendly & conscientious about making your stay a good one

Absolutely fabulous place! The room is so well equipped and clean. The bed was so comfortable I didn't want to get up. Breakfast was delicious. Ample parking - and a disabled parking space that I really appreciated. The staff are very friendly and welcoming.
