在平台定的是高級大床房，到了前台分配湯院大床房？為什麼？那以後在平台下單是不是沒有保證？
再説温泉吧，從頭走到尾，都是那種温温的，大部分是38-40°，本身到酒店晚，10點進温泉，10點半就到處在關開關，衹要池子裏面沒人工作人員馬上關水，不是説好11點半才停止營業？🥵
最後説下房間，老舊，而且隔音真的很差，大半夜走廊的腳步聲，大清早温泉的機器聲，保潔阿姨的呼喚聲，真的是人聲鼎沸
而且洗浴間的下水道不斷有難聞的氣體跑出來，開個排氣又吵到整晚睡不着
真的很差的體驗

原來訂的花園房，後面我換成套房，我得很貴 ，主要性格比低，因為近國道，太多貨車 ，一個晚上基本沒睡，太差勁了，你們要註明吵就好的，太委屈了！
