門鎖是壞的，沒辦法鎖門，房間電話也是不能用的，衹能自己找酒店電話打前台，房間wifi用不了，聯繫前台前台不知道怎麼辦，説要問一下保安，回個電話，然後按照她們的方法還是用不了，説要叫保安上來弄，但是我們換好睡衣，問有沒有客房部的阿姨幫忙，前台説沒有女服務員，她也不懂，衹有保安，我説我不方便，而且都快11點，前台説那沒辦法，怪我們沒有一進房間就檢查所有設備正不正常，我也是笑了，這個不是酒店應該確認房間沒問題再給客人的嗎？哎，不會再來
