很好，性價比高。在鳳慶縣城的東南部，離鳳慶客運站（縣城中心吧）3公里，公交1路到附近，很多的士路上走。酒店在新的建築物裏，房間裝修新，床，熱水，照明，wifi，電視都好，清潔舒服。不是最旺的地方，但斜對面有平民小區，吃飯買日用品方便，有選擇，特別地有滇紅建投的“國營食堂”，大件夾抵食，三天晚餐都光顧。覺得對一個縣城來説，公共建設都很好。往客運站方向走有河邊步道/河邊公園，反方向走5分鐘有公園，往滇紅路方向走有半山的文昌閣公園，都是可跑步的地方。國慶前夕9.28-10.1 83塊錢一晚，滿意。

原來在某團定了評價還可以的酒店，但入住後發現離縣醫院新院區太遠，而且體驗感不太好，偶然間發現了這家客棧，網上沒有評分，還比較忐忑，入住後發現超乎預期。老闆人很好，房間乾淨衞生，樓頂可晾曬，走路到醫院也就幾分鐘，有需求的可沖。

房間非常不錯，新開的客棧入住還有一些味道，不過設施很新，衞生還是不錯的。沒有電梯搬大件行李可能吃力。門口就有便利店。
