給免費升級了房間，雖簡單還是可以的，衞生條件也還行，由於淡季沒什麼客人，僅留值班人員，但服務尚可。酒店就在湖邊，離景區大門較近。

水銹味太大，孩子漱口都受不了，衹能用礦泉水洗漱了，優點就是離五營國家公園很近不用太早起趕路，門口景色很好

離公園很近，樓前景色很好。酒店設備太老舊了，熱水器一直跳閘，無法加熱，工作人員帶我們到員工住宿房間洗澡。馬桶堵塞，工作人員進行了及時處理。從入住到入睡，一直在不停的發現問題，解決問題，體驗感非常不好。

非常差！就是一個民宿，變成酒店，欺騙消費者！攜程也不審核，非常差！房間各種蟲子，枕頭被子有味道，睡覺蟲子會爬到被子裏。自來水有很嚴重的金屬銹味道。

三人間在陰面，沒陽光，沒供暖也沒空調，十一期間特別冷，雖然準備了電暖氣，但作用不大，而且使用起來電總跳閘，最後乾脆放棄，衹能開着電熱毯躲在被窩裡。早餐中規中矩，酒店門口湖景不錯，夏天入住應該還可以。
