Let’s complain: there is serious water accumulation in the bathroom floor drain (the staff cannot deal with it), the water in the wash basin smells bad, and we were not able to enjoy the check-in service 4 hours in advance. We checked in at 13:45, and the room was still not cleaned! We also agreed to have breakfast from 7 to 9 o'clock, but there was no staff in the restaurant at 7 o'clock. This is a very bad review! !
