We’re so grateful for the incredibly helpful inn manager who assisted us in so many ways—from before our arrival right through to arranging a taxi to the train station after checkout. Pros: very quick in addressing issues. One day there was no hot water and the hotel responded in a very short time and remedied the problem. Also hotel did a courtesy drop off to a local bus station, which was greatly appreciated. It was an uphill climb and would have been a challenge with luggage. Hotel location was quiet. Heating, water pressure and hot water all very good. Hotel staff also gave us a restaurant recommendation which was very good. Breakfast was good. Cons: don’t be fooled by the description of 180 degree view of the river. It has two buildings on both sides blocking the view, as we found out after checking in. The walk to the ancient village is about 10 minutes from the Hotel, and longer on the way back because there is a bit of uphill climb.
