The hotel is in a pedestrian zone which requires a bit of walking with luggage, but the owners helped us carry it. The room is superb with a very nice bathroom. The owners do not speak English but when we arrived a young man from their family spoke to us in English. The hotel is a few minutes from the old town which is very convenient. When leaving the hotel we were able to ask for a taxi to go to the station, the owner called someone who came to take us there for free. In short, a small family hotel with a very warm welcome.

The owners are fantastic people. They helped us book a transfer to the station, treated us to a delicious dinner and told us where to go for a walk around the city. The hotel is very beautiful, clean, comfortable. And most importantly, it is very quiet there!!! Located in the old town near the bus station. Thank you again!!!

This hotel is such a cozy and comfy place. We strongly recommend you to stay here. If you are a foreigner, you will be hosted with a big smile and a caring attitude. - Staff: very lovely and kind people. Always available for helping you. - Room: very new, tidy, clean, spacious and cozy. We were actually sad that we couldn’t have stayed longer. - Location: perfect! Already inside of the pedestrian area and so, very close to the ancient city (5min walking) but without all the noise of the main street (that follows the canal). Close to very nice and local restaurants and stores. If you want to use public transport, it is really near - just walk to the nearest road (10min). Summing up, they are a 10/10!! 🤩

We were a group of old ladies who came here. We all liked this room very much. It was quiet. The homestay was at the entrance of the West Gate Tower of the scenic area. We took a taxi from the high-speed rail station and it was only a one-minute walk away. It was very convenient. The store manager also came to the roadside to pick us up, took our luggage, and sent it to the room. The room facilities were also very convenient, and the bed was very comfortable.
