習慣看點評選酒店或民宿，今次在鳳凰古城真是感覺好中伏，訂的房間是4佰多一間（看發票），心目中應該不會太差…去到民宿嚇我一跳，基本上是沒有一個正常前台，看圖二圖三（是民宿正門，接待客人），上到房間，小小的一個空間，沒有一個好的枱子或架，衞生間是沒有門，只有一個布簾，和朋友一起，真的好不方便的！真的不明…什麼標準，它有5分滿分評分？攜程後續服務十分之專業，一直幫我跟進…民宿也有道歉，還退回房租，寫這篇評論，希望民宿老板可以按自己實在的設施和服務收應收的費用…

老闆 很熱情，有求必應，到了之後幫我們提行李箱，出民宿走幾步路就到沱江邊很方便，附近吃喝都有，很便捷，臨走前還一起聊聊天，總體服務很棒，可以考慮下次來她們家月租遊玩了收起

位置在鳳凰古城應該是最好的一批。江景風景相當漂亮。去哪裡衹要走走，也沒多少路。天熱夏天白天旁邊走走轉轉即可。

看評價選的，沒有失望，位置超好，老闆也熱情，坐房間陽台就能看到夜景和演出，個人感覺這個位置的夜景是最好的，晚上燈光非常漂亮，遊船也會從外面江上劃過，再加上演出，畫面感非常強，超級美，房間也比較大，設施這些都很好，全部智能的，還有小度語音，唯一需要改進的就是大廳，就一個門面太簡單了，希望老闆把大廳擴大裝修一下，這樣就高大上了，不然給人一眼感覺很低端的樣子，浪費了這麼好的房間和位置可惜了！

環境：民宿位置很好，一線江景房，晚上沿着江邊走了一圈，感覺這段是夜景最漂亮的，坐陽台就可以看到塔和那個水幕電影。
服務：老闆很熱情，有接站服務，會安排司機到高鐵站接站，這點非常滿意，我看很多民宿客棧都沒有接站，老闆會送手繪地圖，講解怎麼遊玩，買門票也比網上便宜一些，我們找老闆買的八景加夜遊沱江比網上便宜20左右一個人，第二天又找老闆買了苗寨門票，兩個人節約了接近100塊錢，非常滿意。
設施：堅果投影，智能馬桶，小度智能語音，不用自己動手，用語音就可以控制窗簾，燈光這些，簡直太方便了！
衞生：中規中矩，還是比較乾淨整潔的，畢竟新裝修不久，設施都比較新！
出來玩這麼多天，最滿意的就是這個民宿，值得推薦！

The location is very good. You can see the water screen movie and the Wanming Tower. The two rooms I booked are quite satisfactory. They are very clean and the facilities are smart and large. Children like the super large projection and Xiaodu voice very much.
