網上對比了好久問了好多家，免費停車都是到公共停車場，璞悦他們有個自己私人的小院子有獨立的停車場，也在古城中游核心景區，不管逛古城吃飯都很方便。酒店不是現代輕奢風，但有自己的質感，用材很講究設計大膽，十二生肖很吸引我這個美術生。房間全木質風格視覺上會覺得沒那麼新，但衞生是很乾凈的床品也新。科勒衞浴的熱水量大很充足，暖氣也熱熱的，晚上我都關掉了。早餐不錯喜歡米粉，到店比較晚前台也依舊熱情的送了小禮物給了延遲退房。離店時匆匆忙忙的隨便拍了幾張，亂亂的。有機會我們還會再來的。體驗一下旅拍。

來鳳凰灣過好幾次這是我在鳳凰住過的感覺性價比最高的酒店。兩百多的價格裝修很高檔很雅緻 離鳳凰古城景區也很近 房間很乾凈整潔，床上用品睡着也很舒服，還有洗衣機烘乾機。早餐很好，前台服務也很不錯。非常滿意的一次體驗 非常推薦。

從其他平台做攻略的時候看有人推薦預訂的，酒店整體環境不錯，裝的很有風格，十二生肖有意思，前台很熱情，也很貼心送了小禮品，房間內的設施齊全，物品擺放整潔，各類一次性洗護用品品質都很好，入住時間比較晚，前台小姐姐也很熱情地接待了我們，額外需要的物品，也能很快準備好。總的來説非常滿意這家酒店。

衞生感覺不錯，前台服務也很熱情，環境也還是可以的，離鳳凰古城很近，就是我們那間房的電視機有點問題，用遙控器關掉後不知道為什麼會自動打開，晚上睡覺得把機頂盒和電視機的插頭拔了。總體還是不錯的

房間設施很新，科勒衞浴加上足量的熱水，有線電視可以看各種湖南台，良好的隔音和遮光，完全對得起春節380的價格。美中不足食堂服務員可能工資較低，對企業也沒有認同感，拉低了整個酒店的檔次。”沒有雞蛋，給你吃什麼你就吃什麼””現在時間過了我們本來可以不給你們服務””這是員工餐，你們不要夾”這是貴司服務人員原話。總體來説，不要對該酒店服務抱有期待，就會有不錯的住宿體驗。
