I booked a family suite and was shocked when I entered the room. The bathtub downstairs was clean, but the hygiene of the sleeping area upstairs was not good. There was dust on the sheets (I asked the hotel and they were still trying to explain that it fell from above. The floor was so low, didn’t you wipe it with so much dust?!), and the carpet was dirty and dirty. There were so many mosquitoes in the room, and I killed several of them in the middle of the night. There were stink bugs and various unknown reptiles. What should I do if they crawled onto the bed at night? I really dare not think about it! The "Bird's Nest" also has two floors, and the bathroom facilities are yellow! If you pursue cleanliness and hygiene, don't come here, it's better to stay in a regular hotel. I don't even want to give this hygiene half a star! The environment is the only plus point. The air in the woods is good, but it's still not as beautiful as advertised. The night view of the ancient city is not clear in the room (blocked by trees). The hotel is in the Nanhuashan Shenfeng Cultural Scenic Area, and any double package is definitely included. But be careful: 1. You can't see anything from the sightseeing elevator. It's sealed, just an ordinary elevator; 2. You need to climb stairs to check in to the guest room. The housekeeper will help you carry the luggage, but it's still quite tiring, especially you have to go down the mountain to eat (the breakfast restaurant is in the mountain); 3. Take the Maglev Express and take the shuttle bus to Qifeng Square, and then walk from Qifeng Square to the hotel front desk (it takes about six minutes). The hotel front desk has to take the elevator, magic carpet, and climb the stairs to go up the mountain, which is really too troublesome; 4. The naked eye light show is only one at 10:30, which is very late. We didn't experience the Miao costume. Don't have any expectations for the service here. It can't be said to be bad, but there is no service! We are Ctrip Platinum members, and we used the early check-in rights, and the hotel also confirmed it. We also added the front desk WeChat in advance before checking in and informed in advance when we would arrive. Unexpectedly, when we arrived, the front desk staff said indifferently that there were no rooms available and we could check out at 12:00 at the earliest! We told him that we used the rights and confirmed it, so why can't it be done! He said that Ctrip automatically confirmed it. That's fine, but why didn't he tell us in advance that we couldn't check in (no room available) when he knew what time we were coming? He also explained that we didn't ask in advance, so why did we come if we didn't check in? The breakfast was also very bad. As soon as you opened the door, you could smell the strong smell of cigarettes in the restaurant. It was not just unpleasant, and there were very few varieties. It was really a rip-off! In general, it's just a ** hotel with a false star rating, at most three stars. It's the worst hotel on this trip, and I will never come again! If you want to get close to nature, don't come here to experience it! There are many hotels in the country, and there are countless better ones than this one, and the price is cheaper! It's so expensive, but it's nothing!
