首先對老闆服務態度確實不錯，但是衞生好差設備老化，空調製熱沒用，熱水器基本上洗個澡的熱水都不夠，燒水壺和的茶杯都好臟，洗漱用品也好差，晚上睡覺會被凍醒真的設施設備也太差了

出門就是江邊，老闆非常熱情，幫忙接送我們倆，去時提前與老闆聯繫，這樣就省去很多麻煩事，有機會還去鳳凰古城，老闆全家非常熱情，感謝老闆，不虛此行，強烈推薦大家放心住宿。民宿位置極佳，夫妻店衚衕口的牛肉粉，麪不錯。
