The room facilities are antique and should have been newly renovated. There is still some paint smell, but it is not very strong. The sanitary environment is very good. Although the location is very close to the river, it is not very tidal. The service attitude is very good. The B&B has warm service, clean and tidy hygiene, warm and spacious rooms, and a superior location. It is just upstream of the ancient city. The room we booked had a broken door, so they "upgraded" us to another room without saying anything. In the summer I think this would be a fantastic hotel, but our room was pretty cold in late December (in theory there was heating but it didn't work very well), and the insulation on the windows wasn't great.
Location is fantastic, but beware that means you can hear noise from the bars at night - though they stop at a respectable hour.

I'm very happy to be here, very hospitable, a very nice room with a view of the river and the house, day and night, clean and nice rooms, a Japanese toilet, and before going home, I recommend you to stay here and you'll love it.
