酒店服務體驗超出預期。從入住那一刻起，前台接待人員就展現出專業和熱情的服務態度。亦會給我們古城地圖及旅遊攻略。客房經理琴子親自帶領我們參觀房間，詳細介紹了所有設施的使用方法。房間不僅整潔舒適，更融入了充滿韻味的中國古代文化元素，包括精緻的仿古傢俱陳設和典雅的裝飾藝術。工作人員還貼心安排了送站服務。陽台設計巧妙，讓住客能欣賞到迷人的古城風光。酒店整體環境營造出濃厚的歷史文化氛圍，讓人彷彿穿越回古代中國，住宿體驗值得滿分推薦。 Stayed here in November and honestly couldn't have been happier with our choice. The service was outstanding from start to finish. They provided free shuttle service to the train station which made departure super convenient. The highlight was definitely the traditional Chinese design elements throughout the property - feels like you're stepping into a slice of ancient China but with all modern comforts. Our room had authentic-looking antique furniture and cultural touches that really added to the experience. The balcony offered stunning views over the old city - perfect spot for morning tea! Special shout-out to the manager （琴子） who gave us a thorough room orientation and handled all our questions patiently. The concierge lady gave us a detailed map of the city and introduced the highlights of the city plus recommendations. Everything was spotlessly clean, the bed was comfortable, and even small details like the welcome gifts were thoughtfully done. Would definitely recommend and stay here again. 5/5 experience.
