老闆熱情的不得了，推薦吃飯的地方，古城裡怎麼走，哪些地方打卡，哪些地方值得去。事無鉅細，房間設施也好，臨江房間美景盡收眼底，雖然晚上對岸有點吵，但是11點半以後就好了。以後來了還住他家！

We decided to go to Fenghuang on a whim. The guide said it was best to stay between Hongqiao and Nanhuamen. We chose this B&B. After booking, the owner added us on WeChat and came out to pick us up when we arrived at Hongqiao. People say that the riverside is humid and the conditions are not good, but this one is great. It's clean, the room is new, and the twin beds are 1.5 meters long. It's so comfortable to sit on the balcony and look at the Tuojiang River. They also gave us a gift when we checked out. I recommend it.

The team was incredible, they helped us a lot and made our experience in Fenghuang unforgettable!! They helped us carrying our luggage through the ancient village and booked a boat tour for us! They also recomended us some good restaurants and traditional dishes to try. Since we did the check out very early in the morning he gave us a snack and again helped us to carry our luggage till out didi pick up point.
The views from the balcony were unbelievable!

酒店位置很好，在景區核心中心地帶，窗外就是沱江，透過窗即可看到沱江夜景，江上表演及對面拍照遊客和店鋪，店家服務也很好，提前電話確認到達時間，告知高鐵下車後的打車目的地，有多少行李，會提前在虹橋等待幫搬運行李，介紹古城遊玩攻略，店家代買邊城演出和景區聯票比網上便宜很多，並且是A區正中間的座位，下雨了前台有傘可以借，有咖啡可以喝，臨走還送了一包薑糖作為伴手禮，可以説滿分5分服務可以給到8分。房間設施都沒問題，唯一確實有點小，但衹落腳睡覺也沒有什麼問題，畢竟景區核心區域都是寸土寸金。有評論説對面酒吧吵，12點之後酒吧就不再表演，對於旅遊的夜貓子其實影響不大，整體非常不錯，值得推薦。

Unfortunately, our experience wasn't good.
We spent 30 minutes in the sun, with our bags, trying to find the entrance, as it's located in the pedestrian area and the hotel didn't send us any directions, nor did they contact us before our arrival.
The room has a nice view, but it's very noisy. Across the street is a club that plays extremely loud music until 11:30 PM, making it hard to even relax on the terrace. Even after midnight, it's very noisy, making it difficult to sleep.
Although the owners tried to apologize by personally taking us to the station, I wouldn't recommend it.
