房間很不錯。老闆還可以給我們升級了房型。整體服務周到。老闆很體貼入微，各種各樣的旅遊路線都介紹得很具體，可惜的是沒空穿贈送的苗服體驗。

首先要給老闆點贊，看的出來，老闆是個非常有想法的民宿人，整個民宿都經過精心設計，很雅緻。
服務很到位，幾乎有求必應，非常熱心體貼，能夠從客人的角度出發，為客人提供很實在的建議。
早餐非常棒，味道好，量足，用的餐具也有一些講究。走的時候還送了一本《邊城》，這也是湘西人文特色之一。
民宿的地理位置應該已經算是很不錯的，鬧中取靜，裏沱江不遠，但也沒有那麼吵。如果有機會再去鳳凰古城，一定會再選拙院

This hotel is the best! The rooms are beautiful and comfortable, the hotel is close to al scenic spots but not in the crowded area. The host is beyond hospitable, he provided us with fresh fruit, umbrellas, a map of the town, a souvenir, he showed his pets to our kids who loved them, he arranged a car to bring us to the trainstation…walked with us to the car and carried our luggage …and last but not least: he provided us with delicious freshly cooked breakfast!

房間挺大，不過房間東西有點過多，反而有了一點擁擠感。服務這一項真的很好，從最開始的接站到最後離店時的幫忙叫車，可以説是有求必應，讓我有到家的感覺。民宿地理位置也好，到哪都方便，希望下次有機會再去。

住民宿就像開盲盒,因為踩過無數次坑。這家民宿是當18:00前可免費取消（很多民宿是預訂30分鐘內取消）,我們決定先訂房,現場看後不滿意再退房（因為衞生一直是民宿的軟肋）。
老闆熱情且謙卑,提行李,介紹古城。
民宿是實木傢俱,有質感且精緻。最讓我感歎的是他們家的衞生,房間玻璃連外面都是一塵不染,這是很多酒店和民宿都無法做到的。
早餐不錯,。聽着雨聲在民宿的茶室喝茶，很愜意,鳳凰雪茶好喝回甘。
位置很好,鬧中取靜,走兩三分鐘就到河邊。早上的鳳凰古城如山水畫淡雅寧靜美麗,流連忘返。
忘了拍房間照片,他家的實物與網上是一致的。
