酒店位置古城尾，洗衣機哄幾次才哄得幹，
湘西鳳凰特色純手工薑糖:很不錯
設施：還好
衞生：還可以
環境：不錯
服務：還好
總體4.5分那樣，不過温泉要另外付費。

酒店停車位置不多 因為前台讓我們停車的位置 還被迫和別人吵了一架 我們停那的時候一再確認能不能 酒店説可以 就是為了擋路 不讓別的車來回過 我們才放心停的 結果一早被迫説我們擋路了 超了一架 但酒店人也不主動出來説 另外就是早餐還差了
