The living experience was very good. The landlord was warm and thoughtful. The room was spacious, clean and tidy. The landlord called early in the morning to ask if I needed to be picked up at the station. He helped me with the suitcases when I arrived because there was a flight of stairs to the place where I lived. He also upgraded the bedroom with a balcony for free. I didn't have time to take photos while walking around, but before I left, the landlord provided me with free civilian clothing so that I could take a few photos. Thank you very much.

同行給一對夫妻訂的大床房。
酒店房間大，乾淨，舒適。就是到酒店需走石板階梯。
酒店要走樓梯，樓梯很大，提行李有很好的空間，工作人員也會幫忙提行李，但需提早安排，避免臨時工作人員沒空離開了。
酒店裝飾很美，也有民族服裝免費穿上拍照。可惜時間比較趕，沒能嘗試。

I had an excellent stay at this hotel with thoughtful and personalized service. The butler was incredibly helpful, sharing detailed tips on exploring Phoenix Ancient Town and even booking a river ride tour for us, which was a highlight of our trip.
The hotel also provided a unique Miao costume service, adding a cultural touch to our experience. To our surprise, we received a lovely small souvenir upon checkout, which was a sweet gesture. They also assisted in booking a ride-hailing service for our departure, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free journey.
Overall, the attention to detail and exceptional service made this stay memorable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Phoenix Ancient Town!
