The location of the inn is very good and easy to find. We drove directly to the store entrance and the boss reserved a parking space for us. Seeing that we brought our children, they also prepared Phoenix specialty ginger candy for them. The Miao costumes in the hall can be tried for free, but the weather was too cold, so I didn’t wear them. Thank you for the warm hospitality, I wish your business is prosperous.

平時實在沒給過什麼差評，但是鳳凰用一己之力拉低了我們對整個湘西的美好體驗。
國慶期間到達鳳凰古城前特意跟老闆確認了酒店門口可以停車，但遇到景區交通管制，將分流車輛引導到4公裡外的停車場。聯繫民宿老闆才説因為你們來晚了所以進不來了，提前也沒告知這種可能性。由於3個人行李比較多，致電民宿希望可以來接一下，老闆以城內交通管制，開出來就進不去為由拒絕了，讓我們坐旅遊集散接駁車到達酒店附近站點來接應，我們諮詢接駁服務枱後告知並無此路線。無奈我們在寒風中站立半小時叫車無果，衹能徒步前往住宿地。途中馬路並沒有管控封路等措施。到達客棧附近站點後實在找不到小路，再三要求下才來接應，但來人並無任何接待行為。辦理入住時還講着不合時宜的話，調侃我們住的房型，完全沒有對客人的尊重以及接待服務應該有的態度。第二天退房時再問及老闆是否可以送到集散中心時，才告知店內無車輛的事實，與交通管制毫無關係，乘坐接駁車返回停車場又是碰到擺爛的司機，整個鳳凰都透露着一種你們愛來不來的態度，同樣是湘西，跟張家界的服務天差地別。期間與攜程客服溝通，無任何道歉和解決辦法，平台還妄圖用50塊錢平息此事。
