儘管不是住在古城裡，但是酒店在山上安靜，空氣好，住起來是比古城裡舒服些的，酒店有條小路去到古城裡，走下去5分鐘這樣，風景也是比較美。Nioc小姐姐很好，給升級了房型，還送了早餐。在固定的時間酒店也有車發出去古城和高鐵站，去高鐵站那天因為就我們一家人，司機師傅還特意遷就我們時間等到3點才送我們去高鐵站，酒店服務都很好。

温德姆應該是鳳凰古鎮唯一正規星級酒店了～位置在半山腰，俯瞰古鎮，環境安靜優美，房間寬敞明亮，有山景露台，床品舒適，早餐也不錯～酒店有一條小路可直通古鎮，不算遠～避開了喧囂～推薦入住～

房間設施很新，房間空間也比較大。但是房間有一股奇怪的味道，白天一直開窗通風也沒在意，晚上睡覺關上門窗後下水道位置越來越重，半夜被薰醒後一直不敢大口呼吸，拿了兩個塑料袋試圖蓋住下水道，把洗臉池也接滿了水，馬桶蓋子也蓋上了，還是有很重的氣味，次日和客服反饋，我還在休息呢就有工作人員想進來維修，特搞笑，我開房給你們用來維修時間嗎？

接近1千的價格不便宜，環境服務都不好，房間在半山腰上，出門很不方便，雖然有接駁車，但需要電話聯繫前台，而房間內又沒有座機，用自己手機打過去也不是前台，真的是無語
