定好的房間，晚上快要入住的時候説沒有了，害得我們三個人住一個房間，電話裏説早上沒有答應我，到前台理論又説看錯了，這樣出爾反爾，沒有信用，下次誰還敢定啊，還給賠償，我差你的陪償啊，
早飯更是差勁，八點多一點去就什麼都沒有了，就像難民營在搶飯，整個過程就衹上了一鍋包子，在路上就被一搶而光，餓着肚子出發了，太嚇人的酒店，這是我去重慶住的最差的酒店，沒有之一。
聽説是國企，去投訴，攜程也拿他們沒辦法，衹有一個勁的賠禮道歉，攜程也睜大眼睛，不是什麼酒店都收錄啊。
