Fantastic staff, a wonderful experience, the hotel went over and above to welcome us as a family and make us all feel valued. The pool was lovely, food superb and location excellent. All staff encountered were brilliant, we really appreciated Carla and Troy amongst others who's names we do not know going the extra mile. Thank you very much for a wonderful short break!

We had a long awaited short break after a family bereavement, couldn't have picked a more perfect place to relax. Very friendly and smartly dressed staff. Beach literally a few yards away, got my swim in! Breakfast top class. Amenities in hotel really nice and smartly decorated. Bit disappointed with Bognor town itself, should have done my homework on that one, lots of drunks and awful pubs. Not a reflection on our accommodation though, it was really good and worth every penny. I'd recommend the hotel to anyone, but I'd advise them to stay around the Felpham area and stay away from Bognor town centre.

Jana is absolutely amazing. She made my day trip to the hotel at Blake’s terrace bar. wonderful, caring, attention and warm friendly manner is very rare in this day and age especially in England so I thank her very much and hope there are more people to support holiday makers Another member of your team Shannon who is the Receptionist is outstanding too so please I hope they receive the support and recommendation that they deserve and as Chef said she i.e. Shannon is outstanding

We all had a lovely stay. Food and drink were good. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean, all sorts of drinks available, and beds were comfy too. It was a lovely spot. We would definitely recommend and come back again.

Another lovely break at the Beachcroft Hotel. Clean comfortable room and excellent food. Even the dachshund was well catered for! All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Shannon on reception was extremely good at answering our questions and queries, all in her excellent friendly and professional way. Thankyou. The only slight disappointment was the beach café not being open during the week despite the lovely weather.

Friendly and welcoming team. Credit to the hotel. Seafront is steps away and the hotel breakfast is very nice. There are two nice seafront restaurants close by and a bit further away in Felpham village (walkable) are other food/drink places. Everybody around was very friendly,

L’hôtel est juste à côté de la mer, ce qui était un plus pour notre séjour. Très heureux de découvrir que la réceptionniste parlait français, ce qui a était vraiment utile. Merci encore une fois à Carla pour son exceptionnel service au client.
