Empfang mittags um 14:00 nur über Tresor. Keine Info, dass die Gaststätte geschlossen ist. Man muss über das Bett klettern um an das Heizventil zu kommen. Fernseher kann nur am Gerät selber angemacht werden, nicht über die Fernbedienung. Das Wasser muss man gefühlt fünf Minuten laufen lassen bis es warm wird. Das war das ärmlichste Fühstück, dass ich seit vielen Jahren hatte. Ich werde hier nicht mehr buchen.

Friendly Morning Desk Clerk
Although there is no one at the desk (usually, from what I could understand) during check-in time, we still had a pleasant stay. Two guys were drinking beer at the entrance, and since they had checked in earlier, they helped us “check-in” by opening the lock box which had our key. There was a phone number to call for help - but it is expensive using a phone from the US.
The following morning, the clerk brought out all the food for breakfast as she had just finished putting it away. She was so nice, it made our stay go from 2 stars to 4 stars. The breakfast is a simple German breakfast but was included in our room rate.
Note that I did not see an elevator and all rooms are upstairs!
Had a fabulous meal a few blocks away at Schmitte.

Wenn ich könnte, gebe ich 0 Sterne. Schon die Ankunft im Hotel war verwirrend. Eine Frau in Rezeption zwangen uns, an einem Ort zu parken, an dem das Parken verboten war. Als wir im Zimmer ankamen, waren das Bett und die Toilettentücher benutzt. Wir beschwerten uns bei der Frau im Rezeption, die uns betreute, und sie schickte uns eine Putzfrau, die nicht kam, um die Bettwäsche zu wechseln, sondern um das Badezimmer zu reinigen und zu gehen. Ekelhaft und bedauerlich. Ich hoffe, Sie verschwenden Ihre Zeit nicht wie wir.
