Estuvimos ayer comiendo el menú del fin de semana, un sitio tranquilo y acogedor, el servicio estupendo y la comida casera y buenísima, comimos la fabada, el picadillo casero con patatas y de postre la tarta de almendra. Exquisito todo. Totalmente recomendable !!!!

Nos hemos sentido como en casa. Las habitaciones están reformadas y son muy comodas.La comida es casera y super rica y el personal un 10. Volveremos sin duda.

Desde luego q no pensamos en la vida volver a ese sitio, por enfermedad diagnosticada de mis acompañantes y yo COVID intentamos hacer la cancelación 4 días antes de la llegada y no solo no pusieron ningún tipo de facilidad, sino q nos trataron como si fuésemos delincuentes. En mi vida me había sentido tan insultado por teléfono, sin vergüenza y mal encarados. Se merecen hasta el último comentario negativo. NO VAYÁIS!!

Cancelé la reserva con Booking por Covid, tenía que pagar la estancia completa y llamé al hotel para intentar llegar a un acuerdo y que pudiera ser el 50% solo de gastos de cancelación. En toda mi vida he hablado, en cualquier ámbito y más en el turismo, sector en el que trabajo a una persona tan mal educada, déspota y desagradable, puso a Booking a caer de un burro, me acusó de rogarle a ella porque era un hotel familiar y no de la cadena Barceló, no deja hablar, interrumpe y para finalizar me colgó el teléfono. Con todo lo que ha pasado el sector turístico, con los buenos profesionales que hay al frente de cualquier tipo de establecimiento, sea grande o pequeño, es una vergüenza encontrarse con alguien así, que echa por tierra el buen hacer de tantas personas que están luchando por recuperarse. No sé cómo es el hotel, ni quiero saberlo, pero solo por esta regentado por una persona tan sumamente desagradable, desaconsejo que alguien pague por alojarse allí.
