SE PIDIO EL REEMPLAZO, Y NUNCA LLEGO. 3 TOALLONES EN LUGAR DE 4. LA VAJILLA ESTABA FORMADA POR 2 TENEDORES, 2 VASOS, 2 COCHILLOS, 4 CUCHARITAS Y 3 TAZAS. FIN.- LA HELADERA NO ENFRIABA DEMASIADO, Y NO HABIA PLACARD, SOLO UN MUEBLE ABIERTO, COMO PARA COLOCAR LA TELEVISION Y UN EQUIPO DE AUDIO, PERO NO CUMPLIA LA FUNCION DE PLACARD. LAS CAMAS NO TENIAN RESPALDO, Y LAS ALMOHADAS SUPER FINITAS. LA PISCINA CON TODO EL PISO ROTO, CON RESTOS DE ESCOMBROS. EL QUINCHO MUY LINDO PERO SIN MOBILIARIO, PARECIA UN DEPOSITO DE SILLAS PLASTICAS Y MESAS. EL DESAYUNO MUY BASICO: YOGURT, CAFE, Y JUGO SINTETICO. MEDIALUNAS Y ALGUNA FACTURA MAS POR ALLI. LO BUENO, LA CERCANIA A LAS TERMAS Y LAS CAMARERAS QUE SON MUY CORDIALES, PERO CON ESO NO SE LEVANTA EL PUNTAJE DEL LUGAR. DESTACO QUE HAY INFINIDAD DE LUGARES CERCA DE LAS TERMAS EN FEDERACION.

La verdad, las fotos te engañan, nos tocó las habitaciones del fondo 308, muy descuidadas, la limpieza pésima, el frigobar un ruidaje espantoso, a eso sumale los ruidos de los pisos de arriba y de la habitación que da al frente que solo nos separa una puerta y escuchas tooooodo lo que pasa....el desayuno, muuuuy básico, la piscina no estaba habilitada, nunca más regresamos

A nice place, very well located with a lake view and very close to the hot springs (rear entrance). Very clean, nothing more sweet breakfast, no fruits, but abundant. Very good cash price. Very friendly staff attention

The quality of the showers was non-existent, the water came out splashing everywhere, everything was full of tartar, fungi and at some moments the water took a long time to come out hot. Shampoo and conditioner in sachets that you can't even comb your hair because they are so bad. Towels torn, stained, the hand towels are a towel cut in half frayed, they never replace towels according to the amount we had in each room. Curtains that are not black out and as soon as it dawns all the light comes in. Pillows 5 cm thick and 1 per person. Cleaning until 11 only, so if you want to leave later, you will be left without cleaning. Pool in poor condition. Abandoned barbecue without any elements and it looks like a warehouse because it is full of stacked tables, mattresses. Breakfast with strange croissants, artificial juice and always the same cakes.
