We stayed in a 2 king bedroom suite, as one of us worked during the day. It was the perfect solution and thankfully one of the bedrooms was spacious and had a small desk. Very small. Despite more usable space, however, the desk was squeezed into the corner by the curtains and dresser. The other bedroom was much smaller with no desk but still had everything else needed. All rooms have a complete kitchen with full size refrigerator and a separate living area. Our bedrooms had ceiling fans(there's a remote to adjust fan speed). Everything was cleaned well and housekeeping is very helpful. Hallways on the 2nd floor were always really warm-no a/c. This is a older hotel that gets an A for effort to keep it updated. But it's still old. Breakfast always has an egg, meat, potato; waffle makers, oatmeal and standard bagels, toast etc. Sometimes bananas. Small exercise area with treadmills, an elliptical, Peleton, and free weights. No mats. There are so many different room types that the front desk really has to help with which is where. There's only 2 floors. But X23-39 face a small pond on the east side. This staff are among the most pleasant and helpful that I've encountered. Special shout out to Karen, Latifa, Donte, assistant manager Tiffany and general manager Paul(who was on site). The location is terrific-easy to Tropicana Field, Dali, The Pier, Sundial, Carillon Park(across the street).
