I want to let anyone who may have allergies to animals that this hotel made sure to welcome myself my Mother and daughter to its room guaranteed me a safe place during an emergency when I was having asthma issues from allergies to mold, dust mites ,possible feathers at a property we were staying at while mold remediation was being performed at our home. I was ready to have to go to the emergency room when they took us in after calling several hotels that were all booked ,way out of our budget , heavily deodorized ( which affects asthma) and could not guarantee that they were pet free. The staff at this hotel, we ended up staying 4 nights were not only kind, but truly went out of their way by removing feather pillows, letting us look at rooms before checking in and using discounts. . I have to thank Vincent, Denise, Jeffery front desk- you are awesome!!! And the housekeeping staff -Lizandra,Karen, Yatmara and Maria who all rock!!! I highly recommend . Coffee in lobby was good too. !Extremely clean and comfortable rooms!

This is the 3rd time I’ve booked a room here. It’s the 3rd time I have been treated horribly by the front desk clerk Denise. She is rude, she is dismissive and when you say something she doesn’t like she stands there and ignores you. I arrived on the red-eye this morning at 5:30a. I walked in and said I’d like to check in (what I assumed is a common request at the front desk of a hotel?) She acted like I was speaking a different language and told me that they had no rooms. I explained that I had a reservation (insert Seinfeld reference here) and would like to check in. She proceeded to show me her screen (which I don’t know how to decipher) and said they were full last night and seemed surprised I wasn’t aware of their nightly occupancy. I asked how that was my concern and explained that I’d just arrived off the red-eye flight and would like to check in. The Courtyard next door is 5x nicer and the people there are super friendly. Avoid this place and Denise at all costs!
