Deluxe Inn - Fayetteville I-95

The rooms are super clean, you can see that the owners take pride in their business. I am travelling solo and the owner put me by the office to comfort my anxiety. They are very friendly and if you are Canadian, you will be proud to see that they have a Canadian flag outside. Pet friendly which is awesome! It is surrounded by fast food places and gaz stations. Two minutes away from I-95. I highly recommend it.

My wife and I stayed here on the way to and from Florida this month (Feb 2025). The rooms are very clean. Simple, with a microwave, fridge and coffee maker. (There’s also good coffee in the office). Wifi and a basic TV. Mild soap and body wash dispenser in the shower eliminates the waste of small bottles. Clean crisp towels, enough for 2 for a one night stay. Also a small table for two in the room . The queen bed and pillows were comfortable. The office manager (owner) was friendly and made us feel welcome. There’s a Burger King right next to the parking lot.. small ice cream cups are $1.19 ! This hotel does not offer breakfast, but for the price it couldn’t be beat and there’s a Waffle House and Wendy’s across the street. As this is halfway to and from for us, it will be our regular sleepover. If you want a comfortable, clean little place, you can leave your bags in your vehicle, grab a quick change of clothes , meds and your toothbrush and relax. Grab a cup of morning coffee or tea and you’re ready to hit the road refreshed.

This is a lovely and inexpensive motel. It is clean and the beds are very comfortable. The owners are friendly and helpful. We have stayed there three times and we look forward to future visits when we travel south for the holidays. Very easy to access from I95.

Excellent hotel. Extremely good value for the price. Immaculate room. Good location for short or longer stay. Just off I-95. Quick walk to many restaurants. Small but comfortable rooms with microwave refrigerator coffee maker. Firm bed. Highly recommend this place. Will absolutely stay there again if the opportunity arises.

A no frills but very nice clean motel. Front desk reception was very nice as well as other staff. The room was clean, comfortable beds. Restaurants nearby make it easy to grab a bite to eat. We will definitely stay again if passing through Fayetteville.

This is my fifth stay and I love staying here. Rooms are always spotless. Beds comfy. The owners and staff are friendly and remember me and have always been super accommodating. I feel safe staying here even though I usually arrive late and alone. The owner is always in lobby and makes sure I am safely in room. The area is quiet and I rarely hear other guests coming or going. Great place for a good nights sleep!!
