Rooms are not updated. Rooms are not clean and cockroaches. ***** and drama. They are not handicapped and service dog friendly and are not educated on service dogs and Esa animals.

The room was dirty and not fit to be sold or lived in, 0 out of 10 it is NOT WHAT THEY ADVERTISED, THEY ALSO HAVE A HUGE DRUG PROBLEM.

First room wasn't mopped. Had food or manure on the floor. They upgraded me to a better room. Bugs are getting better.

First door was jammed so I had to get another room. It was jammed also but I kept it because I needed it. There was vomit by my room but I guess the don't have cleaners at night so I woke up to seeing it too. Bugs are getting better. But the staff was kind.

Roaches
Room was and is very dirty. I’ve seen a lot of small roaches. I had to clean it to feel comfortable. Smells bad due to previous guest smoking inside. Bed is a little comfortable. Bed and tv in weird locations. Staff is very friendly!
