Trip.com refused to refund my money for making a mistake on the booking date. I needed my booking for Sunday, I accidently booked it for Monday. They would not change my date for Sunday nor would they refund me my money even though they knew we would not use the reservation on Monday. Keeping my money was more important than helping us move the reservation from Monday to Sunday. I had to pay again. Trip.com could care less about their long term clients. Very disappointed and surprised at the lack of professionalism.

We are fairly new to Hilton Honors so we are not terribly informed about the company's various brands. We chose this hotel because of its location and price, but were unaware that it really does cater to a younger crowd. Fortunately, mid-week, the place wasn't full and there were actually some older patrons, like us. The staff was amazing--very responsive--when we discovered the shades were broken in the first room we were booked into, the front desk manager moved us immediately. The second room had an incredibly noisy HVAC unit--it literally sounded like a plane taking off and landing when it started and stopped--but because we'd already moved once and were only there for two nights, we decided not to bother staff again. Although the rooms are on the small side and lack a lot of the amenities of other hotels (no microwave for instance--although there is one in the lobby), the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The free breakfast was pretty good as well, offering typical continental fare, plus eggs, meats, grits, oatmeal, and yogurt. There was an interesting pancake maker on the breakfast bar as well. I don't know that we would return--simply because it felt more like a dorm or hostel--but it was just fine for our quick trip.

Great stay. The woman at the front desk was super friendly. She had a continuous line when I checked in and each time I passed but she took it in stride, never once did she give the impression of being tired or needing a break from the constant people, she treated everyone with respect and gave the time. The room was smaller but comfortable. The bed was perfect - not too soft and not too hard. The soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion are liquids in canisters in the wall which initially I didn’t like because I like bars of soap in the shower but it ended up being nice. Breakfast had cereals, breads and bagels, fruit, hard boiled eggs. Coffee, tea, and hot chocolate is available all the time.

Great place to stay when traveling on 95. Very easy to get to, and large safe parking lot (there are two other hotels adjacent to this one). There are some fast-food restaurants nearby, but it's not a far drive at all for many other choices. Our room (and the hotel itself) was very clean. Comfortable bed too. The person we encountered at the front desk at check-in (this was about 6 pm) was extremely friendly and helpful. Definitely would stay here again! (PS. Although close to 95, we heard absolutely no highway noise in our room).

Clean and well maintained with friendly staff. Nicely stocked pantry complete with wine. Lobby area had a pool table, small business center and a couple of TVs. The only downsides were the icky coffee mate creamer to go with the great coffee and that it was clear that the water pot used for tea had been used for coffee many times. We’d stay here again.

The front desk staff were amazing and welcoming. The building itself is very clean and bright which was a great change from our 1st hotel on our vacation that was not a Hilton property. I would highly recommend this property for any type of stay as it is really an amazing facility with great staff!

My husband and I stopped here for the night. I like this hotel a lot . The lobby colors, room colors , and the organization of both are very pleasing to the eye and calming. I love the cleanliness of it all. The bed was very comfortable. Plenty of NICE towels! (Pet peeve of mine). I believe standards and expectations flow from the top and it is evident this is a very well run hotel and the employees take pride in it.

Stayed for one night on a business trip. The pros - the staff members, good location, modern property and spacious room. The sleep quality was good and the room decor and appointments were welcomed. The cons - the room had some fixtures that were broken and outdated and the AC did not get the room quite cold enough.

The front desk staff are amazing. So kind! Room was very clean. We only stayed one night and it was pleasant. We got home and realized we had left something important in the room and the front desk and housekeeping were so great in helping us find it and secure it so I could have a family member pick it up at front desk. They were incredibly helpful
