I've always been pleased with Marriott and traveling with my Great Dane is perfect at Residence Inns! This location really stood out to me and employees like Andrea, Dynia, and Natalie made it memorable! I was overly joyed with Andrea's assistance and special accommodations for me at arrival. Dynia made my breakfast experience wonderful with how helpful she was with my special requests each morning. Natalie was wonderful to communicate with about check out and gave great guidance on how to share my gratitude. Thanks so much for adding value to my time off and travels around Independence Day!!

All the staff were very kind. Those dealing with food, cleaners, and front desk. Antwon was eager to help and went above and beyond. The place was clean and the breakfast area was clean also. I didn’t get a chance to visit the swimming pool or laundry but I stopped by to see it was clean also.

The room was clean, the staff was helpful. Chiandra stood out, she assisted us with all of our needs. Room service kept us fully stocked with essentials. Overall the experience was great, thank you. I would definitely make this a go to spot, also refer to family and friends.

we had a wonderful stay in the residence inn at fayetteville cross creek. We arrived late at night and the person at the front desk, Chandra, was very patient, helpful, informative and kind. she gave us a comfortable room that was the right space for us—and it was clean and quiet. Thank you for a great stay!!!!

As described-Just left a bad taste in my mouth.
Hotel was clean and nicely decorated. Enjoyed our stay. Only trouble was I had 2 dresses left behind hanging together (1 gown and 1 casual). Called back but mysteriously only one was found (the gown). I don't appreciate the dishonesty but understand that this was the fault of one underhanded person. Just left a bad taste in my mouth.
