Major shoutouts to Chandra, Angel, Heather, Andrea and Joshua. We had some challenges with the call center and a housekeeping mishap, but they were all calm, friendly, and super helpful. Our suites were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast had many options and a large time window, which was helpful for our family.

As you go to hotels you have diffrent experiences. I travel alot for work. So staying in a hotel is like a second home to me. So the staff plays a huge roll. I stayed here for a little over 3 months. The staff was very gracious and helpful. Andrea one of the many great front desk clerks. Goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is a pleasant one. Everytime I needed something if she could make it happen she did. The cleaning staff as a whole was just great. My room was always clean on my schedule days. Even when I ask for days to be changed . They accommodate my needs. My overall stay was great.

Chrandra was so AMESOME!! She was very helpful, friendly and respectful!! She always made me and my family feel welcomed and always provided outstanding customer service,She definitely deserves a raise!!! Nice, clean comfortable stay in a 2 bedroom. The place was perfect for us as a stop on our way to Florida. A bit of confusion at the desk as our room keys could not be ready as their machine was broken. Its in a mall area so eateries and restaurants. Nothing great but convenient. Will stay again.

Andrea was AMAZING!! She was super friendly and very helpful!! She deserves a raise!!! The hotel was clean and the location is close to great restaurants and shopping. The breakfast was better than average. The only complaint I have is the fitness option. The room was super small with a minimal amount of equipment. I will definitely be back. Thanks!!!

Don’t stay here until renovations are complete. They are a few years behind in the need to renovate. Tub drips all night. Bathroom door locks you out. Door handles don’t work. Room smells and is very dated. Lights in parking lot on lying on the ground. Staff aren’t friendly.

Andrea was the absolute best! She made us feel welcomed and provided outstanding customer service. We travel a lot and this hotel is now on our radar every time we visit this city. She made our stay worth every penny.

Spacious 2 bedroom for two for 3 nights. Stayed here to visit local family. Had a great night’s sleep. We really only slept in the room and watched TV in the evening. One night was stormy wether but still slept through it. A/C temp was good, wasn’t noisy, breakfast was ok, but and we only ate it once. Room coffee wasn’t strong enough but lobby coffee was much better. Front desk staff is nice and would stay here again when visiting relatives nearby.

We selected this property because they advertised an indoor pool. Since we were traveling with our 34 month old grandson, we wanted him to be able to work off some energy after riding in the car all day. We were disappointed to find that the pool was closed. We tried to locate a similar property, but the nearest one was two hours away, putting us past our little man’s bedtime. We were limited in our choices since we were also traveling with a small dog. I’ll be sure to call and confirm that the pool is open in future travel plans.
