Tire slashed in lot! Alarm sounds when shower steam enters room! Falsely accused of smoking in room, charged fine and kept deposit. We don't even smoke cigarettes! Staff was rude when we disputed. After reading other reviews I noticed others have complained of same issues.

Very unsanitary. A bug fell on my neck in the room while trying to start the tv. The tv remote did not work. I tried to call the front desk for help and the phone did not work at all. I walked to the front desk for help and they brought their own remote but could not work the tv bc the language was not English. My son then walked out of the bathroom and said he didn't think he could shower because of the black fuzz on the wall. I went in the bathroom and saw black mold at the top of the shower on all 3 walls. I did not feel safe staying at this facility. It was not clean.

I wish I had taken photos, but the hotel smelled like mothballs and smoke. I purchased a non-smoking room, but it smelt like smoke, and the comforter had cigarette burns on it, along with some crusty white stuff on the window curtain. They did not have an ironing board or an iron, and you could hear absolutely everything from the room above mine. This hotel was my last resort due to the 2025 high school graduation that took place here, and all rooms were sold out in the vicinity, but never again.

Great value, comfortable room and bed, good internet. Bed is firm but comfortable with big fluffy pillows. Nice chair in the room. Great location close to everything in Fayetteville just off the interstate and off Martin Luther King Boulevard.
