Very unsanitary. A bug fell on my neck in the room while trying to start the tv. The tv remote did not work. I tried to call the front desk for help and the phone did not work at all. I walked to the front desk for help and they brought their own remote but could not work the tv bc the language was not English. My son then walked out of the bathroom and said he didn't think he could shower because of the black fuzz on the wall. I went in the bathroom and saw black mold at the top of the shower on all 3 walls. I did not feel safe staying at this facility. It was not clean.

Great value, comfortable room and bed, good internet. Bed is firm but comfortable with big fluffy pillows. Nice chair in the room. Great location close to everything in Fayetteville just off the interstate and off Martin Luther King Boulevard.

Worst check in experience ever after a 7 hour drive the hateful check in clerk gave me a hard time because my last name doesn't match my husbands and he wasn't with me. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BOOK HERE, it was awful. I asked if they should just return the points and I'd go find another hotel then they yelled no that's not what I said but your name must be on the account, ( my name WAS in the extra instructions on the reservation but that didn't matter ) blah blah I will try and get you cleared to use this but I did not say that to you. You are running off with accusations ," I mean she jumped all over me. I will never book here again and wouldn't advise anyone to.

There were several in our group who changed hotels due to rude staff, finding unsafe items in their rooms and dirty rooms.

I chose this based on price hoping it would be a good value but it did NOT meet those expectations. The place feels dirty and smells--I joked to the clerk checking me in asking me to sign the "no smoking" pledge how he was going to distinguish whether anyone smokes since the lobby area smelled like cigarette smoke. Probably because the room was so cheap, my value expectations were too high BUT if one is a professional traveling on business, this place is NOT for you.
