This 4 bedroom, 3 bath house is right in the heart of the U of A campus. Located right across the gates to Ole Main, just behind the Tri-Delt and Zeta houses, you really can't get much closer. It's just been re-modeled, and it's perfect for games, parents weekends, bikes blues, graduation, or just about anything that would bring you to Fayetteville. It has dual zone heat & air, a dishwasher, washer/dryer, a bbq grill, and loads of room to stretch out. You can relax on the big front porch, or on one of the 2 smaller decks on back, while listening to Ole Main's bells. Great house. Great location.
Beautiful house. The property owner is very nice and communicative before and during the stay. We had a few issues during the stay and they rectified them immediately. I highly recommend this house for any family or large group coming to Fayetteville. It is walking distance to everything on campus as well.
