Great location close to many restaurants and shops. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was excellent.

You'll enjoy getting ready for the day ahead in one of our beautiful guest rooms, featuring a well lit work desk with ergonomic chair, telephone, complimentary wireless internet, and in-room coffee. The stay started with going to check in and them telling us that although we booked a king (which they had record of), there were no kings left so either we could have a double or not get our money back since we didn’t book directly through the hotel. So we went with a double, which fine - whatever. The concierge provided service but zero hospitality about the situation and tried to frame the room “upgrade” as having more space, which duh - it comes with the territory of having two beds instead of one. The room itself was fine. The carpet was pulling up at points where it would’ve been easy to trip if we weren’t paying attention. There wasn’t hand soap in the bathroom, which was odd. We had to go to the shower and pump out body soap then go back to the sink to wash our hands. It was fine at the end of the day but definitely expected a better experience from a Hilton brand.

Embassy Suites always impresses with their spacious and thoughtfully designed layouts, and this hotel is no exception. The wide-open spaces on every floor create a welcoming atmosphere without feeling cluttered. Just walking in makes you feel special, almost like a VIP. Our room was spotless, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. I genuinely wish we could have stayed more than one night. The entire property has a lovely, comfortable, and safe vibe, which we absolutely loved. The reason I'm only giving four stars is due to the experience we had with the front desk staff. Unfortunately, the gentleman at the front desk did not make us feel welcome, and front desk employees are often the first impression of the property. I had already completed a digital check-in, but when I arrived at the desk, I was struggling with the app due to a phone call interruption. I mentioned that I might need help, but he didn't acknowledge me. I stood there for about five minutes, waiting for my husband to come in from parking the car. I made a casual remark about how nice the hotel was, but he only glanced at me without responding. While I don’t expect a red carpet treatment, basic politeness and a simple greeting would have gone a long way in setting a positive tone. Additionally, the bar area was crowded, and the manager's reception was in full swing, but there was only one server/bartender. After waiting 10 minutes to place a drink and food order, we decided to leave and dine at Palmer's, located right behind the hotel. Despite these two issues, we would definitely stay here again. It's a beautiful property, wonderfully maintained, and in a great location.

The hotel is very close to the airport, everything should be available, the facilities and equipment are perfect, the hotel rooms are relatively old, the others are good, the service is also very good, is a good choice

The hotel is European, high-end and elegant. The room is very spacious, including a small living room and bedroom. The bed and pillow are very comfortable, soft and clean. The bathroom is my favorite. The design is so thoughtful and meets all the needs of accommodation. In particular, the two hooks on the wall are beautiful and practical, which can be said to solve a big problem. I don't understand why many hotels can't configure a few similar hooks in the bathroom? The only drawback is that there is no free bottled water in the room. Everything else is very satisfactory.

I was traveling to Lexington for business and had a 2-night stay. The Residence Inn is in a great location and has a beautiful lobby that was great to meet colleagues and socalize or work. The rooms were spacious and updated, with good beds. But the highlight was Curtis in the breakfast area. He was so helpful, checking in politely with each guest and even offered to have valet bring cars around while guests were eating. I told him how friendly he was and it really made everyone's morning better. He said, ”I'm in hospitality, and my job is to make each guest's day better however I can.” The whole staff was helpful, but Curtis especially was so kind and stood out to many of those who travel for business regularly.
