Comfy Easy check in.... had help lifting bag upstairs by a very friendly fella Walking distance to Musicland Renovating at the moment so smells were quite strong Roomy rooms with comfy beds

While I was trying to keep costs cheap, so my expectations were not too high, I was disappointed with our stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the motel was well located for where we needed to go. But it is an older motel that has some refurbishment. While there was secure parking, it was tight and you had to battle all the smokers that were in the car park before you could get into the door. The room was average with fresh bedding, it was clean and comfortable. The problem we had were: 1. The free wifi was non existent, we were in a room right at the end and it would appear there would only be one access point which could not reach our room. 2. The shower was way too low, I am just on six foot but the shower rose was below my head, the hot water took 2 minutes to come though, so it was not a pleasant experience having a shower. 3. The controls for the aircon/heater were missing. 4. You could hear what was happening in the room next door. This did not make for a good stay.

Right off the highway which is perfect and close to the train station. Secure parking behind a gate though it is a bit tight for turning around. Room is a really good size, clean, and comfortable.

A big thankyou to Andrew and his wife for a comfortable and enjoyable week stay. They were always there to help and assist with anything. Andrew and his wife were always polite and pleasant, I recommend a stay there if u are in Melbourne, rooms clean and tidy everything u needed just ask and they assisted.
