Commençons par les bonnes choses : la navette qui vient vous récupérer à l’arrivée du bateau, la proximité du centre historique, la structure des bâtiments, la possibilité de louer des vélos depuis l’hôtel,le petit déjeuner … C’est déjà beaucoup … mais c’est tout. L’accueil est déplorable, on a l’impression de déranger ! La vue depuis notre chambre sur les poubelles était minable, alors que nous avions sélectionné vue sur mer. La salle de bains minimaliste et la douche minuscule. De quoi mettre de mauvaise humeur ! Nous avons ressenti un certain mépris du client, ce qui détestable, même si l’hôtel a une position de monopole et ne court donc pas après le client.

Ci siamo presentati alla reception senza prenotazione e per fortuna siamo riusciti a trovare due camere matrimoniali . La nostra era collegata ad un' altra camera con una porta dalla quale sentivano anche i minimi rumori . La colazione è abbondante e la sala si affaccia tutta sul mare . Sono stati anche molto gentili dopo il check out ci hanno fornito i teli da mare e dopo il. bagno ci hanno anche messo ha disposizione le docce

Un po’ delusi! L ‘hotel si presenta bene , location piacevole , struttura bella e grande anche se certamente non merita 4 stelle. Purtroppo la pulizia lascia a desiderare, nella doccia ho trovato muffe negli angoli ed addirittura capelli. Qualità prezzo non adeguata. Colazione ricca di buoni dolci ma scadente per il resto.

Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo/location. A due passi dal centro storico, dal porto e dalla movida, è un hotel fronte mare con una vista MERAVIGLIOSA dalla sala colazione, un buon ristorante/pizzeria con musica di sottofondo o live e alcuni servizi importanti come la navetta da/verso la spiaggia Burrone. Ricca colazione con prodotti artigianali. Le camere sono moderne e molto pulite, l'arredamento è di gusto. Molto utile anche avere in uso i teli da mare forniti dall'hotel. Per me è stata una location perfetta. Ci tornerò e lo consiglio.

This was supposed to be a 4 star hotel but it is more like a 3- stars hotel with a bad breakfast. The infrastructure is ok for a 3 stars hotel: clean, everything you need, zero charm. They sell a room with “see view” but is actually a partial see view. You need to open your window and look to the one of your sides (left or right). If you look straight you’ll have the view of another room/building. The room is also pretty noise, specifically if you pick the one on the second floor, which is below the breakfast room. They make a lot of noise during the night organizing the tables. The restaurant in front of the hotel also has live music until midnight. And it is LOUD. The service when you arrive is nice. They pick you up at the port and help with your luggage.

Posizione eccellente, sul lungomare e a 5’ a piedi dagli imbarchi, anche se mettono a disposizione una comoda navetta per trasporto ospiti. Struttura grande e accogliente; le camere sono ben arredate e pulite. Nel bagno ci sono dispenser di sapone eco-sostenibili e di buona qualità. Sala colazione meravigliosa: tavoli posizionati su un terrazzo verandato con vista mare quasi a 360 gradi; il buffet è ricchissimo di dolci classici, tipici e di pasticceria…da farne scorpacciata! Caffetteria non da macchinette ma da bar, ben accetto. Sono previsti altri utilissimi servizi quali teli mare, noleggio bici, navetta gratuita per lido Burrone (spiaggia di sabbia attrezzata). Ci siamo trovati molto bene.
